Current Projects

With this project we've been asked to construct an additional bed and bathroom to give the property a fifth bedroom and fourth bathroom. The contract includes full renovation of the rest of the property.

 

We have built the new first floor extension off steels above the garage, lobby and utility area. We will be creating a galleried staircase, including a lightwell above the landing with large window above. The landing will also be partly vaulted on the north-east side.
